Another milestone reached with two “Passive house plus” certification

Our first two completed, fully landscaped, Certified Passive Houses are now for sale and ready to be moved in to. As it turns out, we have just been a bit late to beat the downturn of the property marked and are now forced to meet the new reality by reducing the price of these two beautiful high-performance houses well under their replacement value.
